Refund policy
1. Return & Exchange Window
Returns or exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
Requests after this period will not be accepted.
2. Product Condition
Returns/exchanges are accepted only if:
- Product is unused, unworn, unwashed
- All tags & barcode intact
- Returned in original packaging
➡️ Failing this → return will be rejected
3. Return Eligibility
- Each order is eligible for one-time return OR exchange only
- Post exchange → no further return allowed
4. Refund Type
- Default: Store Credit (Adyasaa E-Credit)
- Exception (only if):
Wrong product delivered
Damaged/defective item
➡️ In these cases: Customer can choose - Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund to original payment method
5. Return Charges
- A ₹150 convenience + handling fee applies on returns
- Clearly disclosed (no hidden charges)
6. ₹150 Fee Rule
- Deducted from refund OR
- Not deducted if self-shipped
7. Damaged / Missing Claims
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Must include unboxing video + images
8. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns NOT accepted for:
- Clearance items (70%+ off)
- Used / washed products
- Items without tags
- Minor color/print variations
- Indigo bleeding (natural fabric property)
- Orders from other platforms
9. Refund Timeline
- Return transit: 10–14 days
- QC: 1–2 days
- Processing: 2–3 days

10. Refund Deductions
- Shipping charges: Non-refundable
- ₹150 fee applies (except defective cases)
11. COD Orders
- Refunds issued as store credit only
12. Adyasaa E-Credit
- Issued within 1–2 days post approval
- Lifetime validity
- Usable on full website
13. Order Cancellation
- Allowed before dispatch only
- After dispatch: ₹150 deduction
⚠️ Note: Cancellation charges must be fair & mutual
14. International Orders
- No exchange / no reverse pickup
- Customer bears shipping & customs
- Refund = product value only
15. Final Authority
Adyasaa reserves the right to approve/reject returns after quality inspection.
