Return Cum Exchange Policy
We offer a 3-day Return & Exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

In-case, the size doesn't fit, you can opt for replacement. We will arrange a reverse pick up from your address.

 Exchanges are only for size issues, not product swaps or discounted purchases.

Exchanges Not Accepted For:

• Minor color differences due to screen resolution.
• Material or color dissatisfaction (product details are provided).
  

Damages & Issues:
Report defects, damages, or wrong items immediately upon delivery.

Refunds:

In the event of a return, please take note of the following applicable charges:

Prepaid Orders: A return fee of Rs. 150 will be deducted to cover pickup and handling expenses.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A return fee of Rs. 150 will be applicable. Additionally, shipping charges of Rs. 100 are non-refundable.

After applicable deductions, the remaining balance will be refunded to the selected source or claimed account. Please allow 10–15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days as store credits.

We religiously aim to ship the products within 3-5 working days however it may take upto 12 to 15 working Days to reach you.

Natural Lighting: We use natural light for our product photos to represent them as accurately as possible.

 Slight Colour Variations: Due to camera lens limitations, there may be slight colour differences between the product photos and reality. Some colours may appear brighter in photos.

Handcrafted Quality: Our products are handcrafted, and minor irregularities in motifs, texture, and colour are part of their unique character.

Batch Production: Handcrafted items are made in batches, so slight variations in color, shade, and motifs are natural and a result of human craftsmanship.

Quality Assurance: If you encounter a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, we are committed to offering a full refund or fulfilling your order to your satisfaction.
