1. Return & Exchange Window

• Returns or exchanges are allowed only within 7 days of delivery.
• Requests raised after 7 days will be automatically rejected.

2. Product Condition 

A return/exchange will be accepted only if ALL conditions are met:

• Product is unused, unworn, unwashed
• All original tags + barcode sticker are intact
• Product is returned in original packaging

➡️ If any of the above conditions are not met → return will be rejected

3. Return Eligibility (Clear Outcome)

Each order:

• Can be returned OR exchanged only once
• Cannot be returned again after exchange

4. Refund Type (No Confusion)

• Default: Refund is issued as Adyasaa E-Credit only
• Exception (ONLY in these cases):

• Replacement
• Store credit
• Money refund

➡️ In ALL other cases → NO money refund

6. ₹150 Charges 

• ₹150 is:
  
  Deducted for paid return shipping (if applicable)
  OR credited if customer self-ships
  
  

➡️ This is a logistics handling fee, not refundable

7. Damaged / Missing Product Claims

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Email with clear images + unboxing proof 

➡️ If reported after 48 hours → claim will be rejected

➡️ If packaging is discarded → claim may be rejected

8. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

• Clearance sale items more than 70% off
• Used / washed / worn products
• Products without tags
• Minor color variations or print irregularities (handcrafted nature)
• Orders purchased from other platforms (e.g., Myntra)
• indigo has bleeding nature,no returns for bleeding will be tolerated (buy at your own risk.

9. Refund Timeline (Fixed)

• Return delivery to warehouse: 12–14 working days
• Quality check: 1–2 days
• Processing: 2–3 days
• Bank processing: 2–3 days

➡️ Total refund timeline: 20–25 working days (fixed range)

10. Refund Deductions

• Shipping charges: Never refunded
• ₹150 fee:
  
  Applies on money refunds only
  Not charged for damaged/wrong items
  shipping charges refunded in case of store credits.
  
  

11. COD Refunds

• Always issued store credits.

12. Adyasaa E-Credit (Final Terms)

• Issued within 1–2 days after return approval
• Valid for lifetime
• Usable on entire website
• Covers product value only

13. Order Cancellation

• Allowed only before dispatch
• After dispatch:

14. International Orders

• No exchange
• No reverse pickup
